yo, is it okay for some random guys do cws and spars in pwn or die and votekick everyone who joins the server?

These people are german dumbasses, who are from a german reallife server


If I join the server and see them, I give them kicks/ban because they do this alltime.

They think it is their own sever (IMG:http://mtz.fc.pl/pcp/forum/style_emoticons/default/verymad.gif)
